the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, bids, and invoices for
small businesses {e.g., manufacturers, distributors, integrators,
contractors, consultants, and field sales organizations with a global
reach}. The software offers the flexibility and ease-of-use of the
popular word processor while maintaining the automatic features of more
conventional, but rigid, database quotation preparation software
packages.

The software works entirely with Word documents and tables. Graphic
images can be included. OneQuot automatically completes quotations,
inserting all the item descriptions, and calculating and inserting price
extensions, sub totals, taxes, discounts, totals, etc. The final
quotation is another Word document that the user can modify in any way
Word allows.

Special requirements: MS WORD 97/2000/XP/2003 for Microsoft Windows. Versions for other
WORD versions available through web site below.
